The High Guard website uses a mixture of original writing, member-created material, game screenshots, edited media, and AI-assisted content.

This site is a community guild resource. It exists to support recruitment, member onboarding, operations, campaign history, light milsim organisation, and in-universe flavour for The High Guard.

AI-Assisted Writing

Some articles, summaries, templates, briefings, descriptions, and lore material on this site may be drafted or developed with the assistance of AI writing tools.

All AI-assisted text intended for public or member use should be reviewed, edited, and approved by a High Guard site builder or appointed editor before publication.

AI assistance may be used for:

• operation templates
• recruitment copy
• lore summaries
• internal guides
• public announcements
• formatting and editing support

AI-generated text should not be treated as automatically final, authoritative, or error-free. Where accuracy matters, especially for rules, schedules, game mechanics, permissions, or official guild policy, the final responsibility rests with The High Guard site team.

AI-Generated Images

Some images on this site may be AI-generated, AI-assisted, digitally edited, or used as concept/reference material.

AI-generated images may be used for:

• recruitment posters
• branch mood art
• concept art
• uniforms and equipment concepts
• operation banners
• in-universe media
• placeholder graphics
• non-commercial guild presentation

AI-generated images should be labelled where practical, especially when used as artwork rather than simple decorative imagery.

Original Logos, Crests, and Official Guild Identity

The High Guard’s main guild identity, branch names, emblems, insignia, rank systems, internal documents, and original setting material remain controlled by The High Guard.

Where possible, key official assets such as branch crests, logos, banners, and permanent identity graphics should be made, commissioned, edited, or approved by the High Guard site team rather than left as unreviewed AI output.

AI-generated art may be used to develop concepts, but final official branding should be reviewed before being treated as permanent guild identity.

Game Screenshots and Third-Party Material

This site may include screenshots, references, names, or images connected to games played by The High Guard, including Elite Dangerous, Dune: Awakening, Helldivers 2, and Nebulous: Fleet Command.

These materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

The High Guard is an independent player guild/community and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the owners or publishers of those games unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Game-related material is used for community, commentary, record-keeping, recruitment, and fan purposes.

No False Attribution

The High Guard will not knowingly present AI-generated art as commissioned human artwork.

The High Guard will not knowingly present AI-assisted writing as the sole work of a named human author where that would be misleading.

Where a human member substantially edits, rewrites, curates, or directs AI-assisted work, that member or the site team may be credited for editing, direction, layout, or final publication.

Member Submissions

Members submitting text, images, screenshots, artwork, battle reports, or other material to the site must only submit content they have the right to share.

Members should identify whether submitted images or writing are:

• original human-created work
• AI-generated
• AI-assisted
• edited from game screenshots
• based on third-party assets
• commissioned work
• used with permission

The High Guard site team may edit, reject, relabel, remove, or restrict submitted content if ownership, permission, attribution, or suitability is unclear.

Patreon and Supporter Content

If The High Guard uses Patreon or other supporter systems, supporter-facing content should follow a higher standard of care.

Paid or supporter-only material should only use assets that are:

• created by members with permission

• generated under terms that allow the intended use
• clearly labelled if AI-generated or AI-assisted
• based on game screenshots only where permitted and appropriate

AI-generated content must not be used to mislead supporters into thinking they are receiving commissioned human artwork or exclusive official game material.

Accuracy and Responsibility

AI tools can produce errors, invented details, visual mistakes, or misleading information.

For this reason, all important site content should be checked by a human editor before publication, especially content involving:

• permissions

The High Guard site team retains final responsibility for what is published on this site.

Removal or Correction Requests

If you believe content on this site has been miscredited, used without permission, wrongly labelled, or should be removed, contact the High Guard site team through the listed guild contact channel.

The site team will review reasonable requests and may update, relabel, restrict, or remove material where appropriate.
