AI Art, AI Writing & Content Use Policy

How the High Guard handles AI-assisted, member-created, game-derived, and third-party material.

The High Guard may use AI-assisted writing and imagery as drafting, concepting, layout, and production support. AI output is not automatically canon, official, or safe to publish.

Writing use

AI-assisted writing may be used for drafts, article structure, summaries, news mock-ups, templates, and continuity checks. Human review is required before publication.

Image use

AI imagery may be used for concepts, portraits, scenes, and visual drafts. Official insignia, rank pins, ribbons, service patches, and badges must use approved assets and should not be invented by an image model.

Copyright caution

Do not publish content that copies protected text, logos, or distinctive assets from games, films, shows, or other creators without permission or a safe legal basis.

Labelling and correction

If AI-assisted content creates continuity errors, fake insignia, distorted ranks, wrong dates, or inaccurate lore, correct it before publishing.

Site standard

Useful is not enough. Content must also be appropriate, consistent, and safe for the High Guard public identity.
