Returning after a break? Start with what is running, tell the organiser your availability and use the current game guide. You do not need to repeat the whole application just to ask for help.
Get into a session
- See how to find the next session and confirm its time zone.
- Find the current game guide and prepare your setup.
- Update availability in the current event thread or bot prompt. If there is no prompt, tell the organiser directly.
Requests, check-ins and useful reports
Use the live bot’s /help and the actions it actually offers in the appropriate member channel. Follow the organiser’s check-in, activity request or report instructions. If the option is missing, ask for the current approved form or template; do not put a private report in the public lobby.
For BGS, logistics, sightings, ships and crafting, ask in the relevant member game space. Include a clear question or request, the relevant game and a safe reference. Keep live plans and sensitive details there.

Keep the good stories
Offer a helpful after-action lesson, nominate someone’s contribution or share a clip for review. Read the story and consent guide before posting names, voices or screenshots.
