Public Code of Conduct

The High Guard is built for mature sci-fi players who want organised play without needless drama. These rules apply in Discord, in-game groups, public-facing posts, and official High Guard events.

Core rules

Respect the crew. No harassment, abuse, stalking, hate speech, targeted bullying, or intimidation.

Do not grief under our flag. Do not use High Guard identity to ruin other players' gameplay outside approved competitive or hostile-play contexts.

Follow event leads during operations. Debate can happen before and after. During an operation, keep the channel clear and follow the plan unless safety or access issues require otherwise.

No rank abuse. Milsim structure exists to organise play. It is not a licence to belittle members or issue real-world commands.

Keep private material private. Do not leak operation plans, private channels, base locations, rosters, or restricted logistics.

Real life comes first. We do not demand attendance like a job. Communicate when you can and do not shame others for absence.

Do not drag outside fights into the guild. Personal feuds, server wars, political crusades, and other community drama stay outside.

Use common sense with content. Keep public channels suitable for the wider membership. Use marked spaces for heavier topics if staff allow them.

Enforcement

Staff may warn, mute, remove roles, restrict access, or remove a member depending on severity. Serious harassment, griefing, doxxing, or leaking restricted information can lead to immediate removal.

Standard of judgement

If your behaviour makes members avoid events, staff burn time managing you, or the guild name look bad, expect action.
