Fractal Perspective - Mutation
Jon Quill can split his perspective across numerous different realities for up to five minutes at a time, figuring out what happens if he takes different courses of action in a situation. He can then choose from the different options depending on which he finds most convenient (for example, X is walking to the store and has three potential paths to get there. Using his power, he finds the first path to go the wrong way, the second path to take 2 minutes, and the third path to take 4 minutes. He chooses the option of taking the second path given this newfound information) Jon Quill can split his Fractal realities a total of three times (for example three different paths, or two paths and then on one path there is another divergent so he splits himself in that fractal reality.) The time it takes him to access these realities is measured in less than a heartbeat
Inspirational - Skill
When I speak people feel inspired by my words, how they take the meaning of my words is up to them, but they are better able to accomplish that when related to the inspiring trigger. Jon must be heard in order for this to work, however, the amount of time that he is required to speak for others to become inspired is measured only by a few sentences and his choice of words.

Jon is able to go out into the realm of television and blogs with ease. At the drop of a hat, he is able to secure interviews, schedule guest appearances and be seen across all platforms. He has a positive influence amongst his target audience and they (if they pay attention to him) he is able to get whatever his message is across.
The only limitations of man are those he seeks to press upon himself and believe to be true.
