0-level (Cantrip) Transmutation
Invoked [Cost: 2] - When invoked, you can choose to add or remove air from a 10 ft. radius around the point of invocation. If air is added, the area of effect is flooded with breathable air, pushing gases outside and creating a bubble that can repel water. If you choose to remove air, the area of effect temporarily has all the air removed; causing non-magical flames within to be instantly smothered, and creatures must make Constitution saving throws at the end of start of their turns to avoid becoming incapacitated. If a creature fails this saving throw three times, they fall unconscious. Unconscious creatures will regain consciousness 1d4 rounds after being moved into breathable air. This effect requires concentration and can last for up to 1 minute.
Scribed [Cost: 1] - When scribed onto an object or creature, this rune reduces the weight of the object or creature by an amount you choose up to your Rune Potency multiplied by 10% (max 90%). You can affect an object a number of cubic feet equal to your Rune Potency in size; or a creature whose maximum size is determined by your Rune Potency: Small (1-3), Medium (4-6), or Large (7+). When scribed on a creature, only the creature itself is reduced in weight, not the items it is carrying.
Synthesis [Cost: 1] - Combining this rune with an invoked rune gives the invoked rune a 15 ft. movement speed in the direction the caster is facing.
